How do I book an appointment?

Fill out the booking form, call +44 7840 741868, or email info@footcaresurrey.com. You can request regular foot maintenance or an ad-hoc visit. Diane will be in touch as soon as possible.

Do you come to me?

Yes. This is an exclusive home-visit service. All equipment comes with Diane.

Do you offer regular appointments?

Yes. Diane offers regular foot maintenance appointments as well as ad-hoc visits when you need them.

Question 5

What happens on my first visit?

Your first visit starts with a neurovascular exam, then a consultation about the treatment needed and your expectations.

Question 6

How long is each visit?

Accepted Answer

First visit is 1 hour 15 minutes to allow for the neurovascular exam. Following visits are up to 1 hour.

What can you treat?

Accepted Answer

Cracked heels and fissures, ingrown toenails, corns and callus, diabetic foot care, toenail cutting, hammer, claw and mallet toes, nail and foot disorders, padding and basic dressings. For fungal skin or nails Diane can assess the problem and recommend over-the-counter treatment — she cannot prescribe.

Can you visit care homes?

Yes, this can be arranged.

Question 9

Are you fully insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Diane is fully insured, registered, and advanced DBS checked. Qualifications can be verified with the SMAE Institute.

Question 10

Can you prescribe antifungal treatment?

Accepted Answer

No. Diane can assess likely fungal infection of the skin or nails and recommend over-the-counter products and home-care. Prescription medicines have to come from a GP, pharmacist or other prescriber.
